Fundraiser Information 

Option 2 

  • $500 for 3-hours
  • Renter sells tickets at price of choice ($25 recommended)
  • Participants sign-in with GAHF staff & redeem ticket for a hand stamp, bottle of water & a drink ticket
  • GAHF provides 1 bottle of water per participant, 10 large Little Caesars pizzas, 1 trophy for winning team, 1 drink ticket per participant (redeemable at City Park Grill for a beer, well-drink or soft drink after the event).
  • Ex: $25 x 50 participants = $1250 ($750 profit from ticket sales)
  • Renter may also sell concessions &/or have additional revenue generators (50/50 raffle, etc...) Participants also receive 10% off all food & additional drinks at City Park Grill after the event
  • Normally $898 value

Option 1 

  • $210 for 2-hours (up to 50 people)
  • Renter sells tickets at price of choice ($10-$15 recommended)
  • Participants sign-in with GAHF staff & redeem ticket for a hand stamp
  • Renter provides & sells concessions (optional)
  • Ex: $15 tickets x 50 participants = $750 ($540 profit from ticket sales)
  • PLUS profit from concessions, 50/50 raffle, or other revenue generators the renter plans
  • *Great option for youth (renter responsible for chaperones for youth)
  • Normally a $498 value

  • Private facility use
  • Use of ALL games (life-size: Foot Pool Yahtzee, Tic-Tac-Toe, Connect 4, Checkers, Chess, Peg Game)
  • GAHF provides one concessions volunteer if needed
  • GAHF provides a human foosball referee that will orchestrate a human foosball tournament
  • GAHF can lead team drafts if the teams are not pre-determined
  • GAHF requires the renter to provide floaters & a Foot Pool monitor (for youth groups)
  • $210 non-refundable deposit to secure date/time
  • 50 person max
  • NO ALCOHOL ON PREMISE - NO IN/OUT PRIVILEGES TO CONSUME ALCOHOL OFFSITE
  • All ages welcome - 40" SHOULDER height required to play human foosball
