Clayton Delaney -Personal Trainer and group exercise instructor since 1999. Former physical education teacher. Current youth sports conditioning trainer, personal trainer, cycling instructor, small group fitness trainer, youth sports coach, Boy Scout Personal Fitness Merit Badge Counselor, Live Strong trainer and Human Foosball referee!
Sherri Brown - (photo coming soon!) - Personal trainer and group exercise instructor since 2000. Former Director of Wellness and Corporate Wellness Coordinator. Focus on Active Older Adults and functional fitness training.
Strength, Plyometrics, Cardio Bursts, and Agility Drills. Beginners are welcome and can build up.

*CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: 24 hours’ notice is required for a cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to cancel within this time frame, or failure to show up for a session, will result in the client being charged for the session.
