Meet the Instructor
Clayton Delaney -Personal Trainer and group exercise instructor since 1999. Former physical education teacher. Current youth sports conditioning trainer, personal trainer, cycling instructor, small group fitness trainer, youth sports coach, Boy Scout Personal Fitness Merit Badge Counselor and Human Foosball referee!
Strength, Plyometrics, Cardio Bursts, and Agility Drills. Beginners are welcome and can build up.
Burn maximum calories, increase cardiovascular capacity and strengthen that heart! Intervals include (but not limited to) cycling bike, row machine, stair stepper and jump rope.

Fitness for all! Get a total body workout in a non-judgmental atmosphere, fun fitness games included!

Class packs are good for 6 months from date of purchase and may be used for all age appropriate classes.
