GAHF Fitness Classes

Youth P.U.S.H. - Strength, Plyometrics, Cardio Bursts, and Agility Drills.  Great for sports conditioning or to just get active in an inclusive atmosphere. 

  • Mondays 5:00-5:45 pm
  • Ages 9-17

360 - Fitness for all!  Get a total body workout in a non-judgmental atmosphere, fun fitness games included!

  • Tuesday & Thursdays 5:30-6:25 pm
  • Monday & Wednesday 9:00-9:55
  • Friday 12:00-12:45 pm 
  • Ages 18+

P.U.S.H. - Strength, Plyometrics, Cardio Bursts, and Agility Drills.  Beginners are welcome and can build up.

  • Wednesdays 5:30-6:15 am
  • Ages 18+
